Superintendent Goals

Develop and implement a plan and opportunities to build unity and uplift morale between staff and administration in order to create a positive school culture.

Develop and implement a plan where the community can see the positive changes within the district.

Continue developing and implementing strategies to improve the needs of the district concerning ATSI, Low Achieving Status, Attendance (staff & students), and Academic Performance. 

Continue to oversee the budget; seeking and applying for grants for the betterment of the district.
